This will be a 3 lift GPC sanctioned competition and is open to any person who is a registered GPC member.

Date: 23 November 2025
Start time: Lifting starts at 11am
Where: 15/700 Frankston-Dandenong Rd, Carrum Downs 3201
Competitors registration fee: $ 120
Spectators entry fee: $5
24-hour weigh in will be available and weigh in times are:
Thursday (for lifters on Friday): 11am
Friday (for lifters on Saturday): 11am
Saturday (for lifters on Sunday: 11am
Same day weigh in: 9:30-10am
Medals will be awarded to weight class winners on TOTAL (gold, silver, bronze).
